Hello!
Welcome to my baking blog! Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Tiffany. I am a 22 year old obsessed home baker. I am from a small town in southeast Michigan. I started baking as soon as I could understand how yummy frosting is! (here’s a picture of me at three frosting cupcakes with my mom, and probably eating more frosting than spreading it on the cupcakes!)
I have gotten a lot of my baking influence from my grandma. I go over to her house a couple weeks before almost every major holiday to make cut out sugar cookies since I was a little girl. Still at age 22, I’m on frosting and decorating duty (where I still test out the frosting!) I have always been inspired to bake and make new desserts. Shows like Cake Boss, DC Cupcake, and Pioneer Woman have been my favorite growing up. I would rather have the Food Network on than any other channel. Today, I still enjoy making the classics such as chocolate chip cookies and fudge brownies, but now I also like to learn new techniques like making macaroons, scones, and homemade ice cream. Which I will be happy to share with you all. So welcome to my baking blog where I will be sharing some of my favorite childhood recipes, family favorites, and “concoctions” I come up with. Enjoy!
