How To Make Chocolate Chip Brownies:
You will need…
- vegetable oil
- granulated sugar
- light brown sugar
- eggs
- vanilla extract
- all-purpose flour
- cocoa powder
- salt
- baking powder
- semi-sweet chocolate chips
This recipe is easy peasy, simply whisk together oil, sugars, eggs, and vanilla.
In a medium bowl, whisk together dry ingredients: flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder. Add to wet mixture and whisk just until combined.
Add in chocolate chips and stir (you can use a ½ cup extra chocolate chips if desired).
Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top.
Bake for 30 minutes, remove from oven and let brownies cool for 10 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
Vanilla ice cream is highly recommended!

- ¾ cup (165ml) vegetable oil
- ½ cup (100g) granulated sugar
- ½ cup (100g) light brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¾ cup (100g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (50g) cocoa powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup (80g) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and spray an 8×8 or 9×9 baking dish with non-stick spray; set aside.
