Total Time 4 hours hrs
- ½ cup (125ml) heavy whipping cream cold
- ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
- 7-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 4-oz cream cheese (half of 1 8-oz package) softened
- 1 cup milk

Start by layering the bottom of either a 8X8 baking dish or 8 ramekins with half of the chessman cookies. (If using ramekins, break cookies to fit the small dish.) Layer the bananas on top of the cookies.
Next, beat milk and pudding mix together using a hand mixer; set aside.
In another bowl combine cream cheese and sweetened condensed milk together and beat until smooth; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat heavy whipping cream and slowly add in the granulated sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Fold whipped cream into the pudding mixture and stir until well combined, then add cream cheese mixture and stir until well incorporated.
Divide pudding mixture evenly among 8 ramekins or pour over cookies and bananas if using an 8X8 baking dish. Top with remaining cookies. (Optional: Crush the cookies on top for a desired look.) Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving enjoy!
