The most delicious layer brownie dessert! This treat starts off with a layer of chocolate chip brownie, chocolate fudge pudding, homemade whipped cream, and fresh strawberries, and if that doesn’t sound good enough it is repeated all over again with a strawberry on top! I made this trifle as individual desserts in 8 ounce mason jars that you can find here. Or you can opt to make one big dessert to share (hopefully) in a show stopping trifle bowl! Either way, this dessert is amazing and so easy to make. This whole recipe only calls for 9 ingredients! Crazy right? Learn how to make this trifle down below! Happy Baking 🙂
How To Make Strawberry Brownie Trifle:
This trifle has 4 elements!
Chocolate Chip Brownies: You can either use a super quick box mix brownie or try my easy Chocolate Chip Brownie recipe. Bake brownies following the directions on the box or from my recipe, let cool, and cut into bite size pieces.
Chocolate Fudge Pudding: Beat together pudding mix and milk until all pudding mix is dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use, simple as that!
Vanilla Whipped Cream: Let me tell you this homemade whipped cream makes all the difference. Simply beat cream on high for a minute and then gradually add in sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff peaks form.
Strawberries: Chop strawberries into small pieces and set aside.
Assemble Jars
Line the bottom of each jar with brownie, a layer of pudding, whipped cream, and chopped strawberries. Repeat with another layer of brownie, pudding, whipped cream, and sprinkle the tops of each jar with strawberries. Refrigerate for at least one hour. Enjoy!
These brownie strawberry trifle jars would double as such a cute gift idea! Tie a little twined with a thank you or happy birthday for a special someone!
